Subway (stephens St) - Roseburg North

Never had a problem with these coupons and I made sure it was valid still. I should have kept the receipt and will from now on to double-check. Looking at my bank account the next day 4-28-22 I realized their error.

I recently stopped here to get my mother dinner for the evening. I entered the store and it was deserted, not busy at all. I ordered my mom's sandwich and it was accepted and the order was processed in a timely manner. The problem came upon checkout. As I went to pay for my mother's order the young man attending this location refused to give me my veteran's discount claiming they don't do that anymore because of to much fraud. Upon questioning him about this issue, he seemed to become agitated and claimed he couldn't offer it to me even if he wanted to. I informed him that the Winston location does this for me every time, he didn't seem to have an explanation for this just kept saying that there is no way he can do it. Another location I will not return too as this employee seem very disrespectful to veterans and I will be letting my fellow veterans know about my experience at this location as well. I do not think for one moment the there was any validity to what this young man was telling me.

This is the place that set me off on the NO CONDIMENTS path I have taken for the better part of my life. Everything was good, everything was great, they made a pretty quality sandwich and I came back to this location numerous times. Fast forward, I placed an order to pick up ....... MISTAKE! The interpretation of light mustard and light mayo was this ..... 'Boss, I just emptied that bottle of mustard on this sandwich I think it needs more ' .... 'Yeah, clearly it needs more .... there is more bread than mustard ' .... 'That 's what I was thinking, I 'll open a new bottle and keep adding some more ' ..... several eternities of adding mustard later ...... 'Boss, I just ran out of mayo, there is more mustard than mayo, that 's not good is it? ' .... 'No you must equal the mustard and mayo get another bottle! ' ..... Several minutes later of adding mayo and with proportions that clearly now drowned out the bread to condiment FIASCO 'Boss Look Perfection ' ..... 'Yep, now that 's a sandwich to proud of ' In my head that 's what happened, but when you are picking up food early and are planning on eating it later in the day and you don 't have any way to get more food (basically hiking in the mountains) this kind of really sucks!! Since this occurrence I literally hate Mayo and refuse to eat it. I can really do without mustard and rarely use it on anything. Anywhere that offers some sort of special sauce, only if it 's on the side so I can monitor the amount that is going to be put on. Not impressed!

We had our favorite Chicken Teriyaki sub, and they produced it in the normal speedy Subway manner. While the store was adequately staffed it appeared that one member was new and learning how to log in the request for payment. It was nice to see the store will full staff, as it was busy.

The line was way too long and even though play Apologize every couple of minutes it still doesn't make it fun to go stand in line
