Starbucks - Roseburg North

Great location near to highway 5. We were there for a quick stopover. Ordered the sausage cheddar egg sandwich, it wasn't stacked well when I got the heated sandwich, the cheese was falling apart from the sandwich, it's so hard for me to enjoy the sandwich.

I give a 3 star because they gave me a coldCoffee after I ordered two hot. Then they gave me mine and then made my husbands and then made two other orders but when they put my husbands order out they just left his sitting on the table and never even called my name or said anything to let meKnow it was mine or even letMe know they set it down. Friendly staff and my order is never wrong, great place for college students to study if they want some white noise in the background!

I go to Starbucks pretty much every day and it’s my favorite location so far because the drive-through is pretty quick and the barista‘s are always super friendly and almost some of the lm call me by name my kids like the cake pops, and I like the seasonal drinks and the Milk

Lack of training, every day they say something different about what they can do. They lack understanding of how to treat customers; Small talk and gossip behind the bar about you. Very uncomfortable, childish, and unprofessional. This is a very small town with not a lot of big city exposure. That might be part of the problem as I am not the small town girl or person they are used to getting. It is disappointing, as the location and outside ambiance is delightful.
