Starbucks - Roseburg North

Lack of training, every day they say something different about what they can do. They lack understanding of how to treat customers; Small talk and gossip behind the bar about you. Very uncomfortable, childish, and unprofessional. This is a very small town with not a lot of big city exposure. That might be part of the problem as I am not the small town girl or person they are used to getting. It is disappointing, as the location and outside ambiance is delightful.

The female attendant at the drive through scolded us for ordering through the app which apparently messed up something for them. I didn't get her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. They then proceeded to hand us our drinks that were made incredibly wrong.

Customer was kinda slow for the time of day. Never saw anyone come out and wipe tables down when customers left.Dietary restrictions: Not much for gluten free.

This is a Starbucks. There are many like it. But I visited this one.

I don't typically go here, I have my favorite local coffee house, but I was with a friend, and he treated me to a hot vanilla Chai on a cold, snowy morning. I'm an Americano girl, black. I wasn't expecting to like this, but it was crazy good! Thank you SB for a very good drink, spendy, but yummy!
