Popped in for a gluten free roll to take away and I was bowled over by the helpful considerate staff

More disappointed with this place lately. Chip containers are always half full now when it used to be a good portion. Also forgot some of my order more then once.

Firstly given the wrong number and order. Then after waiting 30 minutes for our pizza after going upto the counter for the second time I was told that was a reasonable wait as an order for 7 pizzas went in at the same time as our order was being processed. Only after I argued the wait was unacceptable did we get any sort of apology and extra chips (which we did not require). Also ordered a mint milkshake and got vanilla didn't bother going to the counter again to get it changed!!! First time I've ever been disappointed with a Supermacs.

I was in Roscommon overnght, i called in for a bite to eat on the way back to my hotel, i ordered a chicken burger meal, chips were hard, chicken was like leather and inedible , , for €10.50 i would expect better quality for the price, i`ll be avoiding here next time i visit Roscommon.

Unfortunately ate here today and was never asked for proof of covid cert. Chips were undercooked. Not a good experience
