Bidrage med feedbackI cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The service staff is so friendly and the food is served promptly. You can really taste how fresh the food is. We ordered the duck, which was beautiful, and the beef curry, which tasted amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic evening. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great food and service.
I was thrilled to discover this hidden gem. My family and I recently had a gathering at China Palace Roscommon and we were warmly welcomed by Avril, our host who was both funny and charming. Despite not having a reservation on a busy Saturday night, she kindly accommodated us. We also had the pleasure of meeting the equally entertaining boss, Sinead, who shared that she started the business in the mid-90s. She even treated my children to complimentary ice cream, lollipops, and China Palace pens. The food was exceptional, with my starter being chicken wraps and my main dish being Mongolian chicken hot pot. They were also able to accommodate my gluten-intolerant son, which can be challenging when it comes to Chinese cuisine. Additionally, they had European dishes for the picky eaters in the family. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with amenities such as clean bathrooms, baby chairs, and an elevator. We hope to return for another meal in the future. The only downside was the difficulty in finding parking.
I always enjoy going to this restaurant. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the owner Sinead is a gem. I always have a great time and look forward to my visits. I highly recommend this place for any type of meal, whether it's a cozy dinner for two, a gathering with friends, or a big family reunion. They cater to everyone! Kudos to Sinead and the entire staff for a job well done.
This restaurant falls far short of being a palace. Without beating around the bush, this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've had in years. The supposed Thai fish cakes were a disappointment, resembling frozen spam in oily, unappetizing slices. The main course was slightly better, but still lacked quality and flavor, tasting like cheap takeout food full of MSG. I wouldn't dine here again even if it were free, let alone for the €26 it cost me. This is an overpriced establishment in a small town in the west of Ireland. I'm baffled by the positive ratings, as this was easily the worst Chinese meal I've had in Ireland.
Have dined here on several occasions with family and friends Food is always good Staff are polite and friendly Restaurant is always clean
