Amelie is a stone's throw from the Flag Monument and is a cozy and cute tea room in the heart of Rosario. There are 3 or 4 rooms to choose to have your coffee or tea. You will love the picturesque decor and the beautiful selection of cakes and cookies.

Place is very nice, in an old apartment style. Furniture and Deco is a good style. Café's okay. Lunch with Tart is very good!!

This place is located on the side of the financial district of Rosario, offering natural juices, 3 types of local vegetable tarts and many other sweet cakes. Lemon cake is very good to have with a Ceylon tea. Good place to take a break at any time of the Dw day. Could be very loud to teatime!

This very unique little cafe is in a quiet area of Rosario, very near the central activities. It has a French accent, with wall decorations and bright interior; very quaint in a European sort of way. This is not your usual Argentine cafe. Indeed the food and drink offerings are also unique. Try the hot chocolate with cognac and cream. Delicious. The orange marmalade is to die for. It is accented with almonds and cognac. Really a must try for breakfast.
