Tom's Famous Burgers 28 - Rosamond

Went through the drive through and didn't know what I wanted and the attendant was super patient and made sure he took my order correctly. Our food was done way faster than I expected, hot, and super delicious. Only one tiny mistake but it was an easy fix, I just scraped the few onions off my burger. Not going to get upset about that.

Only thing made fresh are the French fries. No bueno.

I'm very disappointed. My breakfast was totally cold very bad costumer service. I don't recommend at all here try Macdonald better it might work then this cold breakfast

I'm sorry. I keep trying Tom's in Rosamond and it's always mediocre at best. The food tastes like it's been sitting in a warmer partially cooked. The service depends on the employee at the moment. Do better.

I'm really disappointed because I ordered a chicken salad without croutons or any bread because I have a gluten allergy and when I got my order they put all the croutons under my grilled chicken and there is pieces of croutons everywhere so I made a complaint and asked if they can please give me another chicken salad without any croutons and they got mad and weren't taking me serious about my allergies saying that they never knew people could have a gluten allergy the guy was being very rude because he didn't believe me and he just thought I wanted to complain for no reason. Knowing that if I eat anything with gluten in it or if it's cross-contaminated I could literally die! because of the allergic reaction that I get from it. Just very disappointed in the customer service and disappointed because they need to take people's allergies more serious
