I'm a super card holder and I've been a loyal Shakey's customer for as long as I can remember. This is the 1st time I've experienced unapologetic staff who had me waiting for more than an hour for seating, order taking only to tell me they don't have a bunch of lunch. Bad service all in all. You're going to have lunch but there's not a bunch of lunch, what's that? My acquaintance said that they always have this experience as well. The reason given by the waitress is because they don't have the pizza (size) for a bunch of lunch, so only the chicken and rice is available in their lunch combo (I wish we had just jollibee), and she said we should just order a whole pizza. Eventually he also told me that he would ask if they could serve a bunch of lunch. He said he can come back but we are on the last order. Crews are not hospitable, especially when you dress like a commoner, they were always pre-occupied.

Shakey's Rosales Branch had the most slow, untrained, INATTENTIVE and outright rude waited staff. You may understand that their understaffed but still not an excuse for you to stand 15 20mins at their door to be seated even the restaurant is half empty! They are just roaming around doing their stuff but no cares to attend new customers fyi, 2 families are waiting to be assisted! Rosales Branch is not the same anymore when they have this tall manager before, you will have a pleasant dining experience. Unlike now, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
