We were on a roquevaire trip this Friday 03/06 on the occasion of the free concert played on the square in the evening even by z group of a friend to me (drum). We had the choice between a buvette and this bar restaurant brasserie. Tonight there was a barbecue on which sardines were roasted. So we sat on the terrace in front of the concert scene without great conviction. And then we had a very warm welcome. We took 2 monaco and the unique formulas from day to 15€ including: grilled sardines (at will) in the entrance. A grilled salmon with peppers, salad and rice in dish. A dessert. A quarter of wine. Nickel sardines, extraordinary salmon, worthy of a large restaurant. Usually I'm not too salmon, but I've been enjoying myself. In summary, very friendly and warm welcome, very good and hearty dishes.Unbeatable price.Thank you for this beautiful evening!

From about noon to roquevaire, in May, I started looking for an easy access and parking place where lunch. I found the bar in the course that met these criteria. the displayed menu also corresponded to my searches: 14 € dish day dessert 1/4 wine. So I settled. the terrace is located on a large square. On the side flows a river enclosed by a bridge that leads to the tourist office (which overlooks the square).Already the view is very pleasant. The boss, affable, comes to take the order. I opted in for crudities (I had a choice with charcuterie or melon at the porto). They presented me on a nice rectangular glass plate, well seasoned and decorated with raw beet, it is fresh and good! the dish of the day is a bucco osso accompanied by dauphinois gratin. A delight. It was a copious thing, and I didn't leave a handful of it. In dessert, I don't remember all the proposals but I took a cake called "fishing melba", it was a killing.I specify that the proposed water carafe without I asked it was very fresh and that the bread basket brought was well filled.The note is as light as expected: 14 € the menu and only 1.5€ for the coffee.My stop in this establishment was discovered.
