The manager was on her phone and didn't notice me for 3 minutes. I had ordered ahead of time but nothing was ready. To make matters worse, I saw her touching my food without gloves. It was absolutely disgusting, but unfortunately not surprising for this restaurant. They should not hire people who are on drugs. Overall, the service and atmosphere both received a rating of 1.

It is frustrating that this restaurant never has apple pie available. It is disappointing to see it on the menu but consistently unavailable. I have visited the drive-thru six times and still no apple pie.

I visited today and it was as horrible as the last time they took my points off and then told me I could not get a frappe.. ervice was horrible they did not honor the coupon and then they referee insulting to us we are done with this McDonald's they do not ever on a coupons they always give an excuse why they can't do it. Then they treat the customers horribly
