Wingstop - Romeoville

Undesirable Quality of Food and Service! I've ordered twice in just the short time Wingstop of Romeoville opened. Both times were large orders, and the food and service were unsatisfactory. I should have never gone back to this location, but I thought I would give them another chance because they had just opened. But, wow, was that a mistake. Wingstop overcooked the chicken so bad we couldn't eat it. I reached out to Wingstop both times, and they've never contacted me back.

My first time eating at this Wingstop, the chicken was Cooked Fresh and so was the Fries. It took a long time to get my order ready thats the only reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I only ordered 6 wing combo all flats and well done fries with extra seasoning, i called my order in and it took them 35 mins to get it ready after they originally told me over the phone 15 minutes ????I do plan on going back again because the food was fresh and not frozen or reheated. Hopefully this won?t change and the food continues to be awesome ??????

Very disappointed with the way they handle food. Wings not cooked all the way, touching food with bare hands, no facemask, hair net or even a hat worn. Employees should be able to make it right, it's a 1,2,3 step process, no big deal... Definitely not coming back.

Wings for me, I love wings and Wingstop is the best. They serve the best wings in the city. The customer service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. They have a comfortable atmosphere and I always get a smile when I walk in. My favorite wing is the spicy wing, but they have a variety of different wings. They are great for lunch or a quick bite. I would definitely recommend to anyone

I got takeout from here this week, and it was super! I ordered wings and fries. The wings tasted fresh, and the sauce covered all the wings. Some places will not coat the wings evenly, and it is disappointing. Also, the fries were nicely cooked, and the seasoning was a big plus. I recommend the place to anyone looking to eat some great wings and tasty fries.
