Kfc - Romeoville

I'm not a huge fan of fried chicken, which is probably for the best. Occasionally, when I get a craving, like today, I treat myself. Today, I decided to go to KFC for their original chicken, along with two sides and a Diet Pepsi. The restaurant was not very crowded, and most customers were in their cars, which caused a bit of a delay in counter service. I noticed that the woman at the counter seemed to rush through taking my order so she could assist the next customer. She wasn't rude—just a little impatient, which was completely understandable.

We have tried chicken from various KFC locations, and it always tastes fantastic. However, our experience today in Romeoville, IL, was the best ever! Managers Tiffany and James provided exceptional customer service; they were courteous, got our order right, and had it all ready for us. We ordered a box and fixins for 22 people. Great job!
