Bidrage med feedbackI was there with a travel group for our farewell dinner. The restaurant was open only to our tour company. At my table an Aussie traveler and me ordered pasta with meat sauce. While the others at our table were served, we had to ask 3 times to get our dishes. When it arrived, they looked completely different. I get it that the meal is about the pasta and the dish should not be over-sauced. But my dish had almost no sauce compared to the Aussie traveler. I called over a young restaurant staffer and he argued with me that the dish was fine until I asked him to compare the dish to the one my Aussie friend had. He then said he would bring me another. When he returned, the dish had heaps of meat sauce covering the pasta and he placed it in front of me and said There. The American way . The manner in which he said it was very condescending and I politely told him that I was not American and did not appreciate his tone. After talking with our tour director, I found the young man was the 17 year old son of the owner. So I knew no good was going to come of any further discussion. He clearly did not like tourists. I should also say that the bread for each table was provided in a small paper bag. Our table received extremely small baguette pieces that were so dry we thought they were croutons. We saw the bread on another table and it was much larger. Even when our bread was replaced, it was clearly prepared days ago and was so dry as to be inedible. The desert was a chocolate cake with a mousse in the center. These deserts are typically chilled to prevent the mousse from melting away. Nearly every table experienced a frozen block of mousse in the dessert and nearly all the plates I saw had unfinished cake returning to the kitchen. The table next to us had a recycled salad. It was first dropped at one table where one traveler took a small amount and then the bowl was removed before anyone else at that table could have some and taken to a second table. Each table was to receive 1 bowl of salad so I am not sure why they did this.
Amazing food in a very nice restaurant: mostly seafood but some good meat options as well. Staff is friendly and very professional. Elegant location and good quality/price balance
We booked this restaurant online when we arrived we were told there was not an English menu available. Our waiter patiently went through all the items on the menu and explained every dish, he could not have been any nicer and more helpful. Service we received on the evening was excellent and all our needs were fully accommodated to. Would recommend to anyone eating out in Rome.
Normalmente in viaggio per lavoro, fà sempre piacere fare nuove scoperte ed in zona EUR, molto comoda verso l'aeroporto, grazie a theFork ho scoperto questo ristorante dove con un collega abbiamo cenato fruendo dello sconto (regolarmente applicato) .. giudizio totale positivo, materia prima buona (pesce), sicuramente ritorneremo.
Servizio impeccabile e cibo delizioso! Abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto, un primo, un secondo ed un dolce ed era tutto eccezionale! Ci tornerò sicuramente
