L’uliveto - Rome

Delicious menu for dinner! Three nights we have enjoyed the various pasta and risotto dishes, the tiramisu and also mozzarella salad! Dining poolside under the stars was fantastic! Wait staff is fantastic! Especially Emma (Ima not sure how to spell her name. Fantastic personality as well as the Maitre D! Breakfast buffet every morning had a full array of assorted offerings and we loved sitting leisurely by the pool enjoying the morning air!! Espresso, cappuccino, mochacinno, almond milk, fresh pressed juices (pineapple was a hit! , pastries and cakes galore, breads, meats and cheeses (fresh ricotta my favorite , yogurt bar with parfaits and granola and toppings, fresh fruits (super delish! , as well as a hot bar with varieties of eggs, potatoes, artichokes, bacon etc.

The food was the best I have had in Rome after four days thus far, all while intentionally trying to find restaurants after moving a few blocks past the sites into smaller streets and alleyways. The service was top-notch; staff recommendations were 10/10. Buono e grazie mille!

Stay in rome cavalieri and ate here for a late dinner. the personal and the eating are fantastic. even after the arrival a few minutes before the closure, the entire restaurant seemed to be still great pain to service. I usually don't like it in hotel restaurants. this is one of the best I saw.

What can say wonderful meals and excellent service.
