I had already tried yeast in other areas of Rome but never here. Good fried foods, very good substitutes for the norm. Excellent french fries made by them. Possibility to choose both low and high pizza. The seasoning is excellent. The dessert we tried didn't excite us, otherwise not bad. A good pizzeria. First-class ingredients and informal yet punctual service are the strengths of this place. Both the artisanal fried foods and the Roman pizzas, red and ragaria ortolana with stracciatella are excellent (yes, a little cooked in some places on the edges, but it happens with this type of preparation). The wines are truly top-notch. We will return to try the first courses which, at first sight, really tempted us. The environment is very pleasant and well managed.
