I became aware of this pastry thanks to a colleague who had told me very well and so I decided to try it. The owner is Sicilian and since I wanted ice cream I couldn't miss the one at the pistachio in Bronte. Super creamy and super pistachio! I also took some sweets for breakfast, but I don't remember the name. A kind of fried bomb but with a panatura reminiscent of oranges and inside a rich filling (as seen from the photo) of vanilla cream and chocolate. Great! The owner is very kind and helpful to give information on raw materials and processing. I'll come back to try more delicacies.

I discovered this pastry thanks to a friend who brought me such good cannoli that I decided to go back. I took 2 cannoli, 2 viennesi, 2 brioche with cream, 2 zeppole! All of us now! Full of cream! I spent 18 euros. Excellent Quality/Price ratio. If you expect the classic “industrial” pastry shop do not go! If you love artisan cakes then you can't Lost her! Better book if you don't want to wait. Ah, I almost forgot The owner is a real Sicilian!
