Green Hole - Rome

The sushi was the best we had in Rome and same for the Poke bowl. The decor of the restaurant is excellent and it’s in a great location. Our service was phenomenal by Genire (not sure if spelled right). I would highly recommend Green Hole as an excellent alternative to the amazing Italian food you can get in Rome.

I was attracted at first by the beautiful setting of this new restaurant- the living green interior is cool and welcoming, like the shade of trees on a hot day. And the hospitality of the host, Antoñio, is quite charming. Our server, Eleanora, was gracious and helpful, providing interesting background on the restaurant and very good tips on the menu, which is quite distinct in the quality of its Asian fusion offerings. While the appetizer polpete were small, they were also exquisite. But even more so the rolls and the tartare we ordered. In all honesty, it’s not the most economical place if you’re really hungry, but what it does satisfy is an epicurean taste for beautiful and beautifully crafted food. And the staff is molte gentile!

Very nice local, fantastic food and drinks! very kind staff, especially that guy who calls everyone big straw that I will definitely come back several times with my friends.

We stayed yesterday at dinner in this fantastic place. unique and wonderful location, surrounded by greenery. great attention to detail and excellent menu with courageous and innovative proposals. excellent raw quality. a greeting to the owner who after dinner also showed us the restaurant that has an ancient hall at -1 level.
