Great discovery! Gothic cuisine and courteous and punctual service. relaxing atmosphere and perfect for a quiet dinner.

Tourist resort, with higher prices than the average but with a quality not up to height. the pinsa is tiny and carbonara and cacio and pepper are better in other places. there are many other restaurants in roma where you can eat typical dishes at lower prices and good ones. the staff at least is very friendly

Excellence in a local. my friend and I wanted something typical Roman, being visiting the city, and we came across this tavern, well evaluated on tripadvisor. we decide to order a pasta cacio and pepper and a tartufata pine. nothing more clear. Everything is perfect. I recommend the pinsa as the best I ate. I find an amazing pair: pasta of crispy and gouty pizza, toppings with mozzarella, mortadella, truffle sauce, Roman pecorino and honey. I'd be back in rome and this place just for this. Congratulations.

Excellent restaurant in the center of roma with non-tourist food. excellent carbonara (one of the best ever eaten in rome) and potato flan on cream cheese. possibility to spend the yums of the fork. recommended!
