Red Lobster - Rome

We were from out of town; but this red lobster is definitely not up to my expectations, the building outside definitely needs an upgrade and the waitress kept forgetting stuff but said she was misunderstanding us? My food was warm, not hot the salmon was extremely dry; even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant it came out really quick.

The food is chain standard, but nothing to write home about. Very hum-drum in decor/atmosphere (I do like that it is quiet and private in the booths , fairly clean. The service definitely needs upgrade; host needs another job that is more to his liking (was not happy to be there and primary server did bare minimum and no personality. The guy who brought the food to the table was VERY good, and should be applauded (and serve as an example to the rest of the sots .

Was in this store on 1-14-24, 3 stars is being generous. We almost always have a good experience at most Red Lobsters we've dined at, but not this one. Asked for more cheddar biscuits before we got our dinner, finally got some to go when we left..., appetizer delivered after dinner meals and this after asking server twice about it..., asked Mgr for extra tarter when he brought our meals, then asked server at least twice after, and finally got it to go. Food was just okay, service was not good at all, and did not seem terribly busy for a Sun mid afternoon..., contrast that to our recent great experience at the Red Lobster in Canton, GA, will be separate review...

Nice quite atmosphere for a date or big seating for a big party. Food is great as Red Lobster has been around for a long time. Drinks are strong. Has bar seating as well.
