Mcdonald's - Rome

We had to park and wait for our food, and they didn’t provide any dipping sauce. Going inside to get it completely defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru. On the bright side, their shake machine was actually functioning!

I visit this McDonald's every week or every other week, and I have to say, the staff is fantastic! They consistently display that lovely Southern hospitality. They often greet me by saying, "Have a happy ___ day!" depending on the day of the week. The older women there affectionately call you "darlin'" or "honey." My only concern is that I occasionally encounter issues with mobile orders, and there are times when items listed on the mobile menu are not actually in stock. For instance, I tried to order the pumpkin coffee earlier this year, but I was informed that they hadn't received the pumpkin syrup delivery.

Manager and employee were extremely rude! Menu wasn 't working so they told the price of items. Got to the window and the price had dramatically changed eventhoug she verified that she had guaranteed the price! She then got an employee to back her up andthey proceeded to vile and ugly. When we questioned why this was happening and we just pay for our drinks and go somewhereelse, the Manager actually said You 're not going to let you leave, we refuse to serve you! And slammed the window! LoL! ThisMcDonald 's is a complete joke and should be avoided at all cost! These young employees need to learn how to actually be kindpeople and to treat the customers with decency!

This is the McDonald's everyone should choose over the one on Turner McCall Blvd (with the exception of breakfast, which is fantastic). This location consistently serves hot food and prepares it just the way you like it. If there's any mistake, they have no hesitation in correcting it! Kudos to the management for their excellent training and commitment to quality service. Thank you for the hot food and outstanding service!

Absolutely horrible service after midnight. No cars in drive thru yet it takes the guy 10 mins to take the order. Get the food and it?s cold. Save your money if this is the best they have to offer.
