Huddle House - Rome

We waited for our takeout order for 40 minutes. Unfortunately, they did not seem to care about the delay. I was under the impression that customers paid the bills and deserved better service, but it did not seem to matter to them.

The service was poor. There was no attention given to customers at the counter by the cooks or staff. They were very unfriendly while we were waiting. We didn't receive our food for 30 minutes and the restaurant was very dirty and disorganized. When we decided to leave, they suddenly claimed they had fixed the issue and brought our food within 10 minutes. The food itself was delicious, but overall, we do not plan on returning.

The waffles were hearty and cooked perfectly. The coffee was delicious and the service was friendly.

After they supported and brought someone in a wheelchair from our vehicle, they informed us that they were closed. we parked right in front of a glass door/window and they watched us, couldn't tell us before we reached all the way to the door?

They gave bad management the manager never even looked at my application and she told me to call back in 2 days and she still hadn't looked at it what kind of management is that it's not like they. Are so busy and the manager should a managers job of u want to have that tile or name for your self
