Gravy Boat - Rome

I ordered a poutine from here. Paid $2 for extra gravy. It was about a spoonful. Ridiculous. Gravy was a bit greasy and more like au jus. Not very tasty. Didn’t have much cheese either.

I order me a tenderloin biscuit dipped in gravy and i was eating a piece and i felt a long piece of string my mouth and i took the long piece out of my mouth and seen it was a brown piece of hair, so i recommend whoever is reading is, check your food and don’t buy from here especially in the morning I want my money back or i’m going to call cooperate

I don’t know if my service was racially motivated or if the place just has bad service and food. But I’ll never eat there or recommend anyone to eat there. EVER. Even after complaining I still got bad service and food.

We drove from Armuchee so I could introduce my daughter to Gravy Boat biscuits. The lady on the drive thru speaker was rude and very short from the start, escalating into frustration because she couldn't hear me on the speaker, to her not even responding to me. I told her nevermind and drove off, a reaction very unlike me. As a former restaurant manager I'm appalled at the way we were treated at this establishment. I'll never be back, which is a shame because they have excellent biscuits.

Food was goodDrive thru was awful. The lady spoke a mile a minute and rushed thru our order..We get home ,had to return, missing part of our breakfast..I get t to the pickup window,,and the girl putting our order together is just wearing a sports bra and pants!!
