Igi Playground The Woodlands

We love coming here, very nice and friendly staff. It cleaner than other indoor playgrounds and since it's not that huge, it's easier for me to watch my daughter. We usually go there in the morning and there's only maybe 10 kids playing.

Very dirty! this should not be in a place where there are small children, one person washes the floors and he also gives out snacks. We visited for the first time a couple of years ago and it was very cool, but now this play area requires more attention to the cleanliness and serviceability of the equipment.

They do not clean!!!!! Was there for 5 hours they never cleaned anything. Then my 2 year old contracted Scarlet, fever and strep throat. we didn’t go anywhere since we just go out of quarantine for Covid). Called the facilities to let them know. That they where the only place we have gone and that my child got sick there. Then the mangers said oh we clean and out drop on the slides. When I was there the manager didn’t leave the food station. I was also there for the shift change and the younger Hispanic girl came in and then sat at the desk and was on her phone. Also didn’t clean. They are nice but definitely need to clean more especially around younger kids. Oh and the ball pit was disgusting. It had been dates and all sorts of other things in there..

As others stated, this place is very dirty, has sharp exposed zip ties, screws/bolts sticking out from metal supports, and padding from metal pipes missing or torn. Place needs a deep cleaning and maintenance performed.

Great experience especially for younger kids. Have a 3 almost 4 year old and a 5 year old and they had a blast. Other places are still a little too dangerous or they’re not big enough. Also it was clean and I did not lose my kids. Lol they even have cameras so you can find them throughout the play areas. Great vibe there. Thanks for a fun time!
