Trattoria Fiammetta - Roma

The best carbonara and tiramisu i’ve ever ate in Rome, quite crowded for lunch but we had luck to have a table without booking. Very nice staff too.

The restaurant was a little off the main tourist areas, which we could tell affected the service. The service felt more authentic Italian rather than catered for tourists, and not very genuine. We might have been the only non Italians there. Food however was overall very good.

We came back after 3 years. Still a wonderful experience. Food was excellent. We started with house wine, Fresh melon( honeydew) with prosciutto, carbonara, expresso and a cake called cassada. Total was 65. Not a tourist trap, but where locals come to enjoy

Muy buenas pizzas y la atención de los camareros es muy buena. los precios son súper buenos, no es caro.

Ottima cucina toscana, buona pizza e dolci. personale cordiale e cordiale. un po' meno turistico nel centro di roma.
