The old lady with glasses is so mean. Please train your staff. I was waiting at the tasting area for almost 5 mins, she then asked me to go and take ticket...duh...when I asked the young lady at counter which ticket should I take, she told me no ticket needed and she will serve me what I want to try. I am a nespresso customer for almost a decade...bought capsules everywhere in the world and never come across this. Train your staff.

Nespresso has the best coffee and you pay for it but is worth it, but I don't like the way employees treat with customer: it's a false kindness and this happens not only in this shop but also others where I've been, I think because of a forming issue .

Worst service i’ve ever received in any Nespresso boutique around the world. The staff was completely disinterested and arrogant, working for Nespresso i was expecting to be welcomed and looked after like in other boutiques. Very disappointed.

Ormai da un anno pur se aperta è in ristrutturazione. Fra poco saranno aperti i ristoranti all'ultimo piano con veduta mozzafiato e ascensore e vetrate panoramiche(vedi foto).Piano terra già fatto con vetrine gigantesche e nuova profumeria e anche alcuni piani.Quando sarà terminata del tutto sarà un fiore all'occhiello per Roma.Bravi!!!!!!!!

Ambiente gradevole, personale giovane e cortesissimo che agisce nel regno del caffè Nespresso. Una esperienza positiva...
