Got here to try their aglio oglio peperonccino but was told that it’s wasn’t on the menu, in a rude way, order the classic all'amatriciana without cheese just for them to get some laughs about my problems with cheese. The food was ok but the service was terrible. It wasn’t even full and they didn’t even offer a table only the bar.

This is a review built on hazy memories. From what we remember the food was excellent and the service good. In the heat of the Roman summer, we sat inside where the AC was. The smarter locals sat outside and experienced cooler temperatures as the evening progressed. Overall, excellent local cuisine.

Attirato dalle positive recensioni e avendo il B&B in zona Flaminio, ho cenato in questa tipica piccola osteria. Il proprietario (con un passato di giocatore nelle giovanili della Lazio) e il personale sono stati molto gentili e abbiamo parlato un po' del mio viaggio a Roma x lavoro. Rigatoni alla carbonara, cicoria ripassata e tiramisù da urlo, buona anche la trippa. Prezzi onestissimi. Consigliato vivamente

Mamma mia è una tipica osteria che propone piatti tradizionali della cucina romana, gustosi e ben eseguiti. Noi abbiamo assaggiato antipasti, primi e dolci e tutte le portate si sono rivelate molto buone. L’ambiente è semplice con una saletta interna e diversi tavolini all’aperto. L’accoglienza e il servizio sono stati cordiali e i prezzi mi sono sembrati onesti. Il locale si trova nel quartiere Flaminio, a due passi dalla graziosa piazza Melozzo da Forlì. Un’osteria da tenere in considerazione ogni qual volta si desideri gustare una buona cucina tradizionale.
