Le Delizie Degli Angeli - Roma

My husband and I went there even though we don’t really speak Italian. We let them choose our wine and after choosing our pinse (which was delicious), we were greeted with some delicious appetizers. The pinse was fantastic. It was a type of pizza, but with a different crust and in an oval shape instead of round. We went with the chef’s recommendation for dessert and we weren’t disappointed. It was a pistachio cheesecake with raspberry sauce on it. Delicious! Everything was so good! I highly recommend. They were all so nice even though there was a bit of a language barrier. However, the cook, Nastaha, spoke some English so she helped us out. If you’re in the area, go to this restaurant and you definitely will be satisfied.

This was a simply delightful experience. It is a small but very clean and pleasant place. The food was delightful, starting with their own home-made grisini while we made up our minds about what to eat. Then a little cereal salad that also tasted wonderful as an amuse bouche. The antipasti were simply gorgeous, in fact everything was lovely with the exception of the carbonara, which was ok but not as dazzlingly tasty as everything else. The house wine is great and to crown our evening, the bill was surprisingly small. A third of what you would pay in England for something so nice in such a nice place with such attentive and friendly staff. A memorable evening.

I had one of the best meals . Food was great, fresh, local and tasteful. Place is litlle far a way from the center but on a walking distance, understood that locals are enjoying there. This is not a fine dining trendy place but a typical local restaurant with good choice . Service was friendly and attentive all the time

Consigliato da un'amica, siamo venuti a pranzo di domenica. L'accoglienza è stata splendida. I proprietari sono squisiti. I piatti si sono rivelati delle vere sorprese realizzate benissimo anche esteticamente. Ci hanno offerto la pinsa e il pane fatto in casa. Ottimi anche i dolci. Ci torneremo sicuramente
