Nothing bad, in the price quality ratio is winning because the quality does not forget at very good prices, in a wide range, from pizza baked in wood oven to typical dishes. as for the meat, it is a 5 star and a guarantee. the best steaks, of first choice (also because you can choose directly the preferred cut at the counter,) and perfect cooking according to the request. in summer the place is a little warm.
Very crowded local, with people standing waiting for their turn in the club, a little too much, even if equipped with mask. In addition to being crowded there is a continuous go of waiters who take away dirty dishes and return with the ordinations, in the midst of so much voice very annoying, complicated by the speakers that transmit continuously incomprehensible and inconsistent music from discotheque, of which only the bump bumps are felt in the background, which help to raise even more the voice of the commensali. You could at least change type of music with something more quiet, less incessant and invasive, so that you can also allow a pleasant conversation without having to scream. From my place I looked carefully at the pizzaiolo that perhaps did not worry, or maybe had no time to do so, to keep the fire even in the oven, with little results, passing from the fioca light of poor flames to moments of flamethrowers with rain sparks on the poor pizzas. In fact, at our table we have arrived both small cooked pizzas, gummy and little digestible, and very rash pizzas, biscuits and dry, but at least these, more digestible. Supplied that it's my ball deserves a separate chapter. The preparation I think is certainly artisanal, I deduce it from the irregularities of the cover that do not make to think of an industrial product. The fried panatura is excellent, beautiful consistent and very crisp, pleasant to bite. Inside we find an exquisite ragù that is also noticed the discrete presence of the classic chicken livers. The mozzarella is sweet, spinning and light, very good. It would be a perfect supply, from 10 and praise, but, ahinoi, the rice is completely shaken, so much so that it squeals in contact with the tongue, practically a moose of rice! The rice must be cooked to the tooth, and don't tell me that you like it so because I don't believe it! I'll wait a bit before I get back to this place, hoping to find some improvements.
