Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I popped into this illy shop with a view to purchasing one or two branded items. I had recently been bought a barista course by our daughters since they were struggling to buy the man who has every 'thing ', some 'thing ' for my birthday. Moved to write a review because of the outstanding customer service shown us by Marco, I was shocked to see the 2 recent very negative reviews. I am therefore even more delighted to report that we were treated so well, with respect and with the utmost courtesy. Marco was very patient with me and my newfound interest in the world of coffee-making and, as regular visitors to Rome (at least annually), we will certainly return to this great little shop just down form the Piazza di Spagna again. Thank you Marco for your typically warm Italian hospitality and we look forward to visiting again on our next trip to Rome.
It's very near the Spanish Stpes and diagonally across Rimowa Store. Plenty of choices. I got the guatemala because the guy said its chocalatey taste which I love. The takeaway paper bag is nice. Service was professional. Not that friendly. I went there twice but still got the feeling that they talk down to customers. This time it was a girl.
A very small, unique, sleek, modern place to grab a cappuccino in this area. There is a spacious and private seating area upstairs which is full of beautiful coffee-table books. It felt like a hidden gem! The gentleman working there was extremely friendly and accommodating. It cost about 5.50€ for two cappuccinos and a chocolate muffin. My partner thought his cappuccino was a bit sharp. But we will definitely return, for the novelty if anything else!
Great coffee, very courteous staff, good products for sale!
Good milk, good cappuccino, good service. no seats.
