I ordered this restaurant so many times in the past and it was one of our favorites. The last three deliveries were scandalous... And the delay unfortunately has never been the only painful note. Today they got over an hour late and lying on the phone. At the delay, of course you are always associated with cold food and dubious quality as well as being poor quantity for the price they put. Spring rolls of oil and moss. Hard and dry ravioli. Sushi that gets to the slightest touch and all stuck in the various pieces. Of course zero sauces, if not a soy bag on an order of 50 euros, zero wands and no luck cookies. Never again.
After 25 years changes the management of the restaurant. The room was completely renovated in the interior. The menu is now not paper but only digital. The dishes have the same name but are deeply different. Hardly more refined and more beautiful but also smaller. You eat less. The surprising thing is the speed with which the flow rates arrive. You're still eating the rolls that already bring you rice which puts anxiety also because the table fills with dishes plus the Tablet. Prices honest celery service. Too much. Undoubtedly a very good Chinese restaurant although the casual environment is familiar with the old management I will miss.
I suggest that we are historical customers, and that we have never detected any note to the management of Elisa and the quality of the dishes. Phone to order take away as always a half hour before the desired time, and already hear me say that it will take at least 1 hour for the many orders to think of. All right, happy for them that they have many demands. Let’s go get dinner and find out that Elisa is gone, the club changed management, reopened the other yesterday and you see. Confusion in orders, missing dishes and some cold. Vegetable ravioli, hard rolls, sauteed spaghetti that we always took a memory. Too bad. A place like this in Colli Aniene will miss
