Dumpling - Roma

Tried out the new Dumplings Bar at the Plaza and was not disappointed. Booking a table was a good idea as it was between Christmas and New Years, so was very busy for dinner. Seated outside as I think it did look a little warm in with kitchen. Staff were great, ordering was super easy fun using the iPad. The meals came out quick and was plenty for my wife I to share. Will definitely be back

No doubts the best dumpling bar in Rome, cozy and modern atmosphere with a wide selection of regional Chinese food. Dumplings are freshly made by Chinese masters and you can watch them work through a window. Highly recommended for those looking for genuine Chinese flavours in Rome with a personal twist and always changing fresh ingredients.

Abbiamo provato alcune varietà di ravioli, gnocchi di riso con verdure e bao con pancetta. Tutto delizioso, sevizio rapido anche perché il ristorante è organizzato su tre turni. Se ci si vuole rilassare meglio scegliere l'ultimo. Mi è piaciuto il cibo, l'arredamento potrebbe essere un po' rivisto per rendere il locale più accogliente. Promosso e consigliato per immergersi in un angolo di oriente.

Allora devo premettere che sono anni che amici e conoscenti mi parlano strabene di questo posto e io sono andato ieri per la prima volta e le mie aspettative quindi erano belle alte. Il cibo si sente che è di qualità ed anche molto buono, ma, come detto all 'inizio, ero convinto sarebbe stato più che 'molto buono '. Si nota l 'artigianalità delle preparazioni, gli ingredienti sono buoni e si riescono a percepire tutti i gusti. Comunque penso che ritorneremo per riprovarlo, questa volta senza aspettative per avere un giudizio più neutrale e obiettivo possibile. Se posso fare un appunto: lungo la scalinata per scendere al bagno un paio di travi di legno erano svitate e quindi mobili, vi consiglio di aggiustarle perché se uno si appoggiasse per un qualsiasi motivo, rischierebbe di cadere.
