I've known this restaurant for over 40 years. I celebrated my degree in 1978. They made a roasted milk pig unique to roma, approached the Sardinian porcetto. and then the baked bark with potatoes. What to say: food for the gods. authentic Roman cuisine. matrisciana and carbonara a show for the palate and smell. Who knows after so many years what has changed?
