So usually I would never leave a review, 5 stars or 1 star, but I HAD to this time. Me and my wife went here for our anniversary we are American and had a terrible experience. Firstly we sat down at our table and were not given any menus. Then we were asked to switch tables no big problem but we were LITERALLY 10 inches from the table we had just left. The table we had just switched with was given water, bread, wine and also ordered food before we ever received a menu or any beverages. Once given menus we decided we needed to have our whole order ready so we could get food a little faster. Once we ordered we were asked if we would like it all at once, so we said yes please. First my wife’s pasta came out food was decent and it took atleast another 20 minutes for half my food to come out. Once given my food I started to eat thinking the rest would come out in the mean time it didn’t . We had to ask the server for the rest of the food also no big problem . But once the bread came out that we should have gotten 20 minutes earlier it was stone cold. Not just a hint of cold but physically cold to the touch. Made the bread extremely chewy and unappetizing. Then my potatoes came out 30 minutes late clearly forgotten about they where extremely hot ie. just came off the stove . I want to say it again the food was decent, not to die for. Once we where done I asked for the check and was told yes give me a minute. 20 minutes later we decided to walk up the the counter and pay because we were tired of waiting around on our anniversary. Once we went to pay our bill it wasn’t in the system and our server had to come over and tell the host what we had probably why he forgot to get our check . Maybe this is just how they treat the Americans that come through don’t want to be that person but sense this was a special occasion we were extremely unsatisfied.
