I arranged catering for my team's lunch at work, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout the process. My team thoroughly enjoyed the lunch boxes. I also found out that it's much better to reach out directly to the restaurant for catering rather than going through a third-party website.

The restaurant offers a great selection of ham and side dishes, with convenient options for both in-store and online orders. However, there are a few significant drawbacks. For prepaid orders, there's no designated pickup area, and the shop itself is quite small, making it feel very cramped, especially during the busy holiday season when the line often extends outside. Even during quieter times, the shop can be crowded. Additionally, they don't prepare prepaid orders in advance, so staff have to gather and pack everything when you arrive, which increases wait times. If they at least prepped the prepaid orders beforehand, it would certainly help streamline the process. Two years later, I notice that they still haven't introduced pre-booking for orders, and they don't have items ready even if you specify a pickup time. However, visiting in the morning tends to result in shorter wait times.
