Wendy's - Roland

The restaurant did not honor Wendy's biscuit promotion. They claimed they are not affiliated with Wendy's and made excuses like their machine being broken or not having croissants in stock. When I asked to speak to the manager, Steve said he wasn't available and took my number promising to call me within 3 days, but never did.

Michael and David were extremely friendly and hardworking at the restaurant. They consistently maintained positive and helpful attitudes throughout our dining experience. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and we commend them for their excellent service.

This restaurant did not honor the Windy's biscuit promotion. They claimed they are not a real Windy's and often make excuses for not following promotions. They said their keks machine was broken and they would not replace the croissant. I tried to speak to the manager, but Steve said he wasn't there and took my number, promising to call me in three days but never did.

Stopped here for quick breakfast during the trip. it is conveniently located in the pilot travel center. keep them as a fuel if necessary and pick them up some scrub. clean lobby, eating was good and thoroughly cooked.

Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru only to receive cold food. I tried giving this place another chance, but never again Wendy's. Absolutely awful service and worse food!
