Jidaiya Sushi - Rohnert Park

I am planning to visit Japan in early 2020, although the trip hasn't happened yet. I was thrilled to discover this charming little restaurant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly. The sushi was delicious, the service was excellent, and the green tea was fantastic. I am looking forward to returning soon.

The atmosphere at this ramen shop is just what you would expect. The service was friendly and accommodating, even creating a special dish for me that was not on the menu (I requested a pork tonkotsu ramen with chicken broth). The gyoza was delicious and probably the best I've had on the mainland. The chicken karaage was also outstanding. My only critique is that I wish the chicken broth had more flavor.
