El Charro Mexican - Rohnert Park

UPDATE 2/5/18: My last two visits here I got a carnitas burrito supreme, no guacamole. Both times the burrito was lacking in flavor. The carnitas was surprisingly dry and bland. On the first occasion they did not add sour cream so the next time I specifically asked for sour cream....the provided it on the side. Again the burrito was bland and dry. Changing my review to 3 stars for now. One more visit and if my experience is poor again it'll be a very long time before I eat here again.

I was in Santa Rosa with my wife and two children for an ultrasound. We're hungry. I have no idea about the bad food reviews. I am Mexican and believe Mother cooks the best! Here it is. Food came super fast and sauces were on point. I definitely come back! The waitress was very good and nice!

I had a sizable burrito, but opted not to have salad, and requested red sauce instead. My wife enjoyed the enchiladas, which she said were quite good. The restaurant was clean and pleasantly quiet. The service was excellent and attentive without being overwhelming. We definitely plan to return.

This restaurant's location near Cal Skate makes it an ideal spot for moms while the kids are at a skate party, especially if you're not the party host. The margaritas on the top shelf are fantastic, and the pitcher offers excellent value. I can't stop thinking about the cheese enchiladas—they're simply divine! The service is friendly and attentive, too!
