U Sant' Agnellu - Rogliano

On a ballad in the Corsican Cape, we arrive in front of this inn on Sunday at 12:45. By reading the menu on the outside we were very tempted, unfortunately, when we arrived in the restaurant room, the person who was there told us, after learning about the kitchens, said that it was not possible to have lunch, there was no staff in the kitchens. Too bad for a restaurant noted on several works to act like this, while no sign indicated it.

You have to know that there is the restaurant. From Macinaggio you will find a narrow, curve row of streets in the village of Rogliano, where you will find the hotel and restaurant in the old manor house next to the church (without a menu in front of the door). The restaurant has a modern, beautiful design and offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Macinaggio. The Cuisine semi-gastronomique (self-advertising) perfectly holds what it promises: refined, with local products and yet portions that saturate. We have eaten there as dessert the best Fiadone of the whole trip!

An address in Rogliano on the top of the Cap Corse, which you don't want to miss anymore! The restaurant at the U Sant' Agnellu offers a perfect French cuisine with typical Korean specialities. In addition to the hotel guests, guests are pleasantly pampered; the service is done by trained personnel in exemplary manner. All dishes are fresh, prepared with great sophistication. The large covered terasse offers a magnificent panoramic view with incredible colors to the bay of Macinaggio. The house was completely renovated with a lot of feeling, even the rooms of the hotel are highly recommended.

The structure is situated in a panoramic and quiet location, clean room, friendly and honest staff, in fact I forgot in the room a couple of golden earrings that I was promptly sent .peccato that the restaurant service was not yet coming. And then. reason to go back with my friends.

Room and pdj. open the entrance door and find themselves in a master house, unusual for a hotel but we are in a corse in an American house. The old style stops there. the recent room, beautiful. generous pdj to take in the room, pergola, garden, choice. a warm welcome from the owners. the drawer also: a sublime view that extends the gaze to the sea in an old village.
