Pizza Hut - Rogersville

Okay let 's be honest, this is fast food pizza, the bar isn 't especially high when it comes to food flavor. That said, compared to other carry out pizza locations in the Rogersville, AL area, these folks keep up! I always order online which is fast and easy, and I can count on the food being hot out of the oven pretty close to the estimated time... order accuracy is excellent and the pizza hut team is working double time behind the counter while still providing friendly service. Everything you can ask for from fast food carryout pizza. Remember there is no dine-in at this location and really no place close by to enjoy your pie so plan on taking it home! I strongly recommend using the pizza hut app if ya can... it might save you some dough with online specials. Parking: This location is part of a shopping center so plenty of parking most of the time except for holidays...I can take my 31 ' RV there with sufficient room to get in and put without a whole lot of stress.

Once again, they have committed fraud. Or maybe it's just a bait-n-switch. Either way, I paid PH to deliver a pizza and they chose not to. Nor did they refund the so-called delivery fee (pure profit after the $1 they give the driver, it has nothing to do with deliveries). They did send it via DoorDash but I have nothing to do with DD if at all possible. It's not my problem they're too incompetent to staff the store. Since Pizza Hut chooses to ignore me when it's a simple fix then I'll hit them where it hurts. Every time they deliver via DD, I will not give them a dime for at least three months. Before I simply ordered less but they've shown they don't care about bad reviews or even making sales. Mark this day paper-pushers, I won't order again before May. See how much this scam earns them.

I forgot to order my pizza without marinara sauce so I ordered a new one when I got to the store (it's a delivery/pickup place). They fixed me a new one and didn't charge me.

No matter what, they always screw up the order. Check the pizza before you leave the store! Better yet, go anywhere else and eat.

Worst dining experience I've had in years. Ordered at 1:23 arrived at 2:45 and I was right across the street, could see the restaurant. Because they are using Door Dash which takes away from their own drivers.I like the staff and drivers at this store, but hate Door Dash. Update Gave them another chance and my delivery was cancelled by Door Dash with no reason given. Called the store to ask why, they said Door Dash accepted the order but hadn't picked it up. Never doing business with either Pizza Hut or Door Dash again.
