Mcdonald's - Rogersville

I got thtough the drive thru quickly. The lady in the 1rst window was polite and and professional. Great place for a quick meal, or snack ????

You guys seriously need to have someone else in the drive thru that values personal hygiene more! And with less attitude as well! Both my wife and I have come thru on separate occasions and have had to deal with the guys attitude! We gladly come in butout of the 26,000 McDonalds I?m Alabama yours is the only one with a closed dining room. Guess we?ll be taking the drive toAthens or Florence for future Mickey Ds! Sad really you guys had great potential!

Slowly. I have my order. twice. look to be a recurring event. we have frustrated and just left without waiting to fix it. friendly staff, but a slow almost food experience.

As others have noted, you should check your order before leaving the drive-through. I ordered a small fry and I think they took me literally. There were 28 fries less than 1 long and 20 fries 2 long. I was told they had just cooked a fresh batch of fried. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, but recieved two hamburgers. I took a picture of the fries but do not see a place to post the picture.

I like McDonald's. And there fries are my favorite. But that's when they are hot.And the only problem I have with McDonald's is them getting the order right. I learned to check my food before I leave now.
