Amis Mill Eatery - Rogersville

We sat outside and the heaters kept us warm and cozy while we still had an amazing view! We sat on a Saturday at 11:30. The crusty salmon special was delicious.. Everyone loved his food!! The waitress was so friendly and gave great service. I loved it and can't wait to come back.

This is a hidden gem. The Kellen server was wonderful and very attentive. My husband did not ask a special dish on the menu. Cannon cooked him exactly what he wanted and it was amazing! The ambience was cozy and romantic and the landscape was beautiful. We found our new favorite restaurant!!! Thank you for a great experience.

We visited on 7/20/22 as a beautiful family dinner for our third wedding day. We sat outside on the lower deck. Perfect view of the waterfall, very nice and the perfect place for a nice dinner. Our waitress was extremely attentive, often checked us and made sure we had everything we needed. We started with the roasted mozzarella as an appetizer, then we had the smoked sausage, spaghetti and chicken Alfredo and a basket of bread. For Dessert we had NY cheesecake, oreo cheesecake and Blackberry-Cobbler. All we had was absolutely phenomenal. Hot and freshly cooked, and the desserts were also very obviously fresh. My husband and son said their food was delicious, but I can personally say that my chicken was Alfredo the best I've ever eaten. I would choose the Alfredo via Olive Garden every day of the week. It was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful experience as it was our first time here. It made the perfect anniversary dinner for us, and we have braided since how great it was. We'll be back! And we'll bring friends and family.

The food and service was great! I had the Truffle sirloin and my wife had the half rack of ribs. Highly recommended for foodies and history buffs.

I'd give it a 4.5 stars if the option was available. It has beautiful surroundings overlooking the dam, friendly staff, and pretty good food. The only thing is I prefer the okra to be a little more golden and the broccoli was drained more. It was cooked perfectly, it was just a little wet. The rest was delicious. I will add that the smothered chicken also includes mushrooms.... I just don't care for them so I ordered the food without them. It has a couple indoor tables, several covered outdoor tables, and also some that were uncovered. It was cute that they had it seasonally decorated as well.
