Scooter's Coffee - Rogers

We came across this drive-thru coffee shop while passing by and decided to stop in. It was a summer afternoon, and there was no wait. We ordered a cold brew with cream and a chocolate croissant. The server was friendly, but I found the coffee to be fairly mediocre, and the amount of cream and sugar was excessive for my taste. The croissant was small, with a crispy exterior but a soggy interior. Overall, it wasn't particularly impressive.

I had an almond milk latte with butterscotch, while my partner opted for an almond milk latte topped with butterscotch foam. Both drinks were excellent! I was unsure about the foam, but the lady on staff explained it to me very politely. I was really impressed with this location and the kindness of their staff.

I visited for a coffee at 3:03 PM, during the advertised happy hour when all drinks are a dollar off. I asked for a black coffee, but was informed that they had just discarded all their brewed coffee for the day. Seriously? You're a coffee shop, after all. I guess not having to offer the happy hour discount saves you quite a bit of money.

The drinks are great, and the staff is friendly with prompt service. Food rating: 4/5.

I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I really enjoy this place. The customer service was excellent and very accommodating! The mint beverage I tried was fantastic, with just the right amount of espresso. I can't wait to return and try something else!
