Red Lobster - Rogers

Everything was great: excellent food and service. The only downside was we were seated in a dining area just outside one of the stations where the staff gather. They were very loud and it was distracting (to say the least). It did sound like one heck of a good party going on though.

Our sever Kayleigh made our anniversary the most amazing. she was very upbeat,positve, and personable. if i could have given her a bigger tip than what we did, we would have. she was very quick with our food, and just can’t say enough good things about her. we would request her every time we come!!

My wife and I decided to give up this place. we ate here 7 or 8 months ago and it was not good at all. at the time we have not tolerated it with good kitchen help because of covid, so we decided to give it another try. this time it was just fair to eat, but what really turned me off after we ordered a deer and salat, the first thing that was delivered was the escape and no salat. I brought it to the attention of the waitress and five minutes later she showed up with the salat. a few minutes later, the manager stopped by and asked how everything was and I told him that I didn't appreciate the escape was served first and the salat was forgotten. he thought he could do something about it, all he did was kind of laughing and said he thought I could take it home and eat it later. what a response from a person who runs a restaurant. next time I am in the mood for seafood, I go to another place that serves their customers appreciated and good eating.

I had flounder filled, salat broccoli, my man had steak lobster ****, salat and pommes. we split stuffed mushrooms. most of my meals were good, except the brokkoli it was yellow and brown at the cutting. the steak of my manne was boiled (he asked for meduim) and his lobster was over boiled (it was stuck on the dish and had to be pulled away with his fingers). the filled mushrooms were very good!

I was having a really hard day today. But this comfort food and server, Jessica, really helped me reset back into a positive mentality. She is a star , such a joy to her guests. Thank you for this relaxing and positive lunch.
