Pattaya Thai - Rogers

After a long journey, we decided to have a quick and easy dinner at Pattaya, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice that exceeded our expectations in many ways. The service was exceptional—competent, attentive, and friendly, without being overly effusive. I ordered the Beef Cashew Stir Fry, and we also shared the hand-folded Wontons (4) and the Crunchy Spring Rolls (4) as appetizers, both of which were outstanding in every way. They were the best we've had in 15 years. The drink selection seemed adequate, and the soft drink machine offered a well-balanced syrup-to-CO2 ratio, which is very important to us. Overall, we would definitely eat at Pattaya again, and we think you'll enjoy it too!

After sending an email with photos, I called the restaurant to talk to someone about the issue. The first person I spoke to said she couldn’t assist me because she didn’t have access to email. She eventually transferred me to a manager. During the call, I explained the situation, but the manager was neither apologetic nor compassionate. She expressed concern about the restaurant being a family business and claimed they couldn't issue a refund for my meals. While she offered to refund one dish, it required me to return to the restaurant, which would take me 25 minutes, even though I had paid by card. This was not a viable solution for me. Perhaps if she had shown even a slight bit of empathy, I might have felt differently. However, the lack of respect for a new customer has left a bad impression. I will not be returning and felt it necessary to share my experience here.

We took the family out for a meal and spent around $100 for all our dishes, which was great for a family of eight. The staff was friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing, and the presentation was top-notch. We've always driven past this place, and I'm so glad we decided to stop in!

This place is amazing! Great service and good quality of food. If you don't know what you want, ask for recommendations. The staff is excellent in finding the perfect dish!

It was good, got pad Thai and panang curry. Good sized portions except the apps. That was only complaint the wontons and spring rolls u get 4 each for $6.50 per app.
