Grillhuset Røroskjøtt - Roeros

What a pleasant surprise! it doesn't look like much from the outside, and the name sleeps 't'skin kitchen ', but we were wonderfully surprised when the Danish cook put us and tells us about the concept. 3 or 5 courses and with a menu with only seasonal and local products (if possible). the food was phenomenal, and the wild steaks were cooked to perfection and so tenderly. all taste combinations were very well thought out, and they can see that the chefs put much love and care into the composition of the dishes with fermentation and other exciting things. 10/10 would recommend, and the chef gave a very good recommendation of the sweet wine with the dessert go. the service was great and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.

I have dined here with a few other friends and we tried 4/5 in alignment on the menu tonight everything was fantastic! excellent portion sizes and great wein also suggest from the waiter. we will definitely come back!

It is very good to eat, we have amazing rentals and good chocolate cakes with rhabarb eis. it is a must to visit place. simply forget to book the place before they visit

The main course costs 600 nok, but they will starve. the good is that the super market is not really far away.
