If you want to spend a magical moment of finesse and taste, then you are in the right place. Reception and service are accurate and effective. Elegant covered and flat. The dishes are fine and refined a real pleasure where you do not see the time passes and where each dish is a pleasant discovery. You do not eat meat the menu is suitable for inventiveness. The desserts are surprising This restaurant deserves Michelin to recognize it at its fair value. A star c is the minimum!

Michelin didn't give them a star, I put them five. Lunch in six acts and possibility of dessert. Everything was perfect, discovering new flavours and new products. Excellent service in a sober setting.

Beautiful experience in this gourmet restaurant located in the center of Rodez. We were welcomed for a 4-course service around local products, promoting short circuitry. The tranquility of the place is reinforced by a simple and elegant decor, combining beautiful materials and colors. The dishes offered have much more, combining several flavors that combine very well in the mouth. The wines are very tasted and the meal starts. The quality of the products is strongly felt, both in the main dish and in the mignardises proposed at the end of the tasting. The value for money is therefore very good: count € 50€ for the coffee glass menu. I note only 4 stars because the service offered, although pleasant, remained fairly formal and slightly cold. We would have enjoyed a little more information about the origin of the products. We understand that the statements are already quite complete, but waitresses could have taken a little more time to explain the different tasting proposals. This is how I strongly recommend the restaurant of Emilia and Thomas (ET).

Restaurant with excellent dishes. Very nice decoration while remaining sober. Effective and friendly staff. Air-conditioned room for those who fear heat. In a word, you have to go!
