Taqueria Las Ahumadera - Rodanthe

In the three days we were here, we hardly saw human life in Rodanthe until the Taco truck opened its doors. People blew up like gulls. Fresh, friendly, delicious and authentic. You really appreciate your business. There's almost always a wait, because it's a truck, and the people line up on their good. Waiting is worth it. Guac's 10.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant during our vacation last year, and the food was absolutely fantastic. I was really hoping they would be back this year, and thankfully, they were. The food is both delicious and fresh, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Without a doubt, this is our favorite place to eat while on holiday in the OBX. The fish tacos are incredible, and so are the Gorditas. We highly recommend this food truck for a truly great culinary experience featuring the freshest and most flavorful ingredients.

I've eaten Taco trucks before, but this one is by far the best I've ever had! The food was amazing and fresh! I can't wait to eat from here again!

That was the first taco truck I've ever eaten. Chances were slim I would have tried if a local owner had not proposed it. She told us it was family property and authentic food. Thank God for us because the food is from this world. The best Burritos, Nachos (are huge), Quesadillas and Fish Tacos are AMAZING!! If you are in Rodanthe or nearby are simply over and try them!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! YUMMY!!!

The food here is as authentic as you can get. The people working behind the counter are as sweet as can be. I would recommend anyone visiting Rodanthe to to stop here. You won't be disappointed. My family will be back next year for sure.
