Subway - Rocky River

I was tempted to give this restaurant a star, but unfortunately, the experience was soured by the unpleasant behavior of the young girl working behind the counter. She had a terrible attitude and was very rude. In my opinion, the management should be held accountable for not prioritizing customer service and satisfaction. It's baffling why they would hire someone who clearly doesn't want to do the job.

Very friendly, fast eating, perfect sandwich. I always come here, very consistent.

The soup is only available sporadically, and I was charged an extra 75 cents for additional spinach which seemed unnecessary. I didn't want any cheese or other toppings, just extra spinach on my sandwich. The customer service was subpar, and if I could give it zero stars, I would. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will go out of my way to find a better deal and better customer service elsewhere.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. I was disappointed to learn that they did not have $4.99 subs as advertised, and they did not have enough meatballs for the three subs I wanted to order. I ended up paying $7.50 for a sub with only seven meatballs and minimal sauce. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
