Bidrage med feedbackI came in here for dinner with a couple of friends after reading the positive reviews. First of all, this is a bar with food. Pool tables, dart boards and a pretty funky beer list. I say this because anything that says Chophouse or Steakhouse , you kinda walk in with a certain expectation so walking in, I was a little disappointed. That said, we stayed to give it a chance. Food wise the BBQ was pretty good. I totally dug Pulled Pork meal w/ mac cheese. According to my cohorts their ribs were a little dry but waaaah. The beer was cold, the service from Mike the bartender (who had to deal with the tables, too) was just fine. Will I come back? To play darts, shoot pool drink beer this place looks like a lot of late night fun.
Good Mon- Thursday food specials. Good beers and wings. The wait time is a lil frustrating but to be fair Covid is hindering all business with hiring etc. I would recommend getting the beer sampler and Maui wings.
It's hit or miss depending on who is cooking. There is definitely one Cook back there who knows how to cook two temperature but the rest of them really don't know. My suggestion is any kind of beef order it medium, it will come out a little over cooked. It's better than the alternative coming out with a raw Center. The one good thing was the few times I have been there is that it's never been busy so food doesn't take long to get out.
Drove by and just last minute decided to try this place out. I'm glad because it has one of the best nachos! Here's what we ordered: Peach mojito Malbec Tuna Poke Nachos: crispy wanton chips covered in cubed raw ahi tuna, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño. Drizzled in honey lime sriracha aioli, served with sweet onions, scallions, and soy chili sauce shoyu chicken: grilled boneless chicken thighs basted with ginger garlic shoyu sauce grilled Buffalo chicken sandwich: with red onion, lettuce, tomato, bacon and bleu cheese sides: garlic roasted asparagus, burnt brussel sprouts, hawaiian mac salad Overall, the food, drinks and service was good. The only complaint I have is that the Shoyu sauce was way too salty. I ate everything else and a couple bites of the chicken. This place is definitely worth the try. Highly recommend the poke tuna nachos. So good!
Came here for an early dinner on a Saturday and the place was pretty empty. Hubs ordered a burger and asked for medium rare and got medium well. I wanted the loco moco rice dish and they gave me the burger version instead. The brussel sprout as a side was a nice option unfortunately it was overly burnt. The chicken fingers were decent. Ordered the butter cake for dessert and it said it comes with pineapple and as you can see it is one tiny piece and it didnt even tasted fresh. The cake just tasted like a pound cake i wouldnt order again.
