I absolutely hate giving bad reviews and am only doing this in hopes managers see there is a problem and try to fix it. After giving our order in the drive thru we pulled around to see not 1 but 4 other vehicles pulled up ahead of the pickup window waiting on food. We didn’t think it possible but we were also asked to pull up and wait for our chicken tenders and double cheeseburger minus the onions. We thought, hey our food will be super fresh so it’s all good. Wrong. The chicken tenders were cold, the burger bun was hard and I’m pretty sure the onions had just been removed, not a burger put together fresh. The only bright spot was hot fries. I’m guessing fries is what was holding up that many people. Managers, your people need some help here. I’m sure they don’t like seeing bad reviews.
