Bidrage med feedbackWe were thoroughly impressed by this restaurant. The owner, with extensive global experience, chose to embrace a simpler lifestyle by moving to Rocky Mountain House and opening Cucina. Originally from Seoul and trained in upscale European kitchens, the owner skillfully blends Italian and Korean cuisines. Based on our visit, it seems that every item on the menu is executed exceptionally well. We enjoyed two Korean dishes that were outstanding, particularly the kimchi, which was excellent. We also tried a classic steak dish and a delightful risotto. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, offering a wide range including gluten-free penne for all pasta dishes, nearly all classic entrees like steaks, and several impressive Korean options; the chicken bulgogi with glass noodles was especially delicious. I only wish this restaurant wasn’t so far away in RMH. Those who live nearby should definitely check out this hidden gem.
When you arrive, be sure to ask your server about gluten-free options. While they aren't listed on the menu, the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten-free choices!
I was eager to write a positive review because the food here is incredible, and there are plenty of options to choose from. I've dined at this restaurant three times. On my first visit, I tried the risotto, and on my second visit, I enjoyed the chicken bulgogi. For my third visit, I had a pasta dish. The first two meals were great, but I was a bit disappointed with the pasta. I used to have gluten issues, so I plan to reach out to the restaurant to inform them.
